Business Development Representative (SEA)
Company Overview
Zeroe is where sustainability starts.
We build the data infrastructure every ESG report, decarbonization plan, and climate finance decision depends on.
Zeroe connects business operations to auditable, multi-metric outcomes across carbon, energy, water, waste, and finance. Built for the realities of emerging markets and complex enterprise systems, Zeroe operationalizes the full sustainability data lifecycle—from collection and transformation to validation and reporting—across entities, suppliers, and business units.
Where most ESG tools start at the report, Zeroe starts at the data. Our platform integrates directly with ERPs, procurement systems, and finance structures to turn fragmented information into a single, verifiable source of truth. Reporting then becomes the natural output once the inputs are trustworthy.
For enterprises, Zeroe turns sustainability from a reporting obligation into a performance system-linking operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and access to finance.
Headquartered in Dubai and operating across the GCC and Southeast Asia, Zeroe is building the world’s sustainability data infrastructure from the Middle East - proving that world-class technology can emerge from the region.
Role Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (Singapore / SEA) to build a repeatable top-of-funnel engine across the SEA Region.
You’ll combine sustainability fluency with modern outbound craft. Identifying prospects, tailoring outreach by persona, and refining message-market fit is your forte. Your goal is simple: generate high-quality meetings that convert into opportunities, while building the systems, content, and playbooks that make this process scalable across the region.
You’ll report to the GTM Lead and work closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Marketing to align regional messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops. This is an on-the-ground role based in Singapore, with regional travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Creation & Qualification
- Prospect enterprise accounts across Southeast Asia, mapping key stakeholders in sustainability, executive management, strategy, operations, and procurement.
- Build and manage targeted lists using HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Design and execute persona-specific sequences, focusing on sustainability and transformation leaders.
- Qualify prospects using structured frameworks to ensure quality handovers to AEs.
- Maintain precise CRM hygiene and ensure all activities are tracked and report-ready.
2. Outbound Experimentation & Insights
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, cadence, and channels to identify what resonates by country and role.
- Document and share learnings in recurring reviews, shaping future campaigns and messaging frameworks.
- Use market conversations to identify content gaps and feed insights back to Marketing.
3. Sustainability & ESG Credibility
- Speak confidently about sustainability, ESG, and carbon accounting concepts, communicating clearly with sustainability teams.
- Assess each prospect’s maturity and current state to understand data readiness and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with AEs and SEs to align messaging with the prospect’s goals and priorities.
4. Process, Tools, & Analytics
- Create and monitor dashboards in HubSpot to track sequence performance, conversion rates, and engagement by persona.
- Use automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, n8n) to streamline outreach and ensure timely follow-up.
- Deliver structured, high-quality handoffs to AEs, including stakeholder details, pain points, and next steps.
5. Events & Partnerships
- Support Zeroe’s events, webinars, and field engagements in Singapore and across SEA.
- Pre-book meetings, drive on-site introductions, and follow up rapidly post-event to convert interest into pipeline.

- Analytical and process-driven mindset with a habit of testing, measuring, and iterating.
- Singapore-based with valid work authorization; open to regional travel.
- Deep understanding of SEA business culture, with at least 2 years of regional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
